43 years-experience in Intellectual Property（IP) Practices as in-house IP manager - including managements for patent filing and prosecutions; liaison for engineering and account teams; preparation and prosecution of patent applications for worldwide including JP, US, EP etc. ; IP training for engineering teams; patent infringement analysis; patent invalidation analysis; handling patent assertions and license offers; managements of outside patent/law firms for patent filing, prosecutions, litigation, and pre-litigation issues; handling inquiries regarding third parties’ IPs from customers/suppliers; handling technical contracts including JDA, NDA, and joint application agreement; and IP investigation and evaluation for M&A operations.
